When can I check in?
You can occupy your room from 15.00. Check-in before 15.00 is possible on request and subject to availability. Please note that this is a non-binding request and cannot be guaranteed.
Until when do I have to check out?
We ask you to check out by 10.00 at the latest on your day of departure and to leave your key card at the reception. We are happy to offer you a late check-out until 15.00 for an additional charge of 50.00 CHF (subject to availability).
Are there rooms suitable for the disabled?
Yes, barrier-free apartments and hostel rooms with wheelchair accessible bathrooms are available.
Can I store my luggage?
We are happy to store your luggage in our lockable luggage room before or after your stay. This service is of course free of charge.
Are there available parking spaces?
For our guests of the Catrina Hotel, Hostel and Catrina Lodge there are free outdoor parking spaces available.
Guests of the Catrina Resort have an underground parking included. (Please register first at the reception desk for check-in).
Can I park my bike?
You are welcome to park your bicycles in our Velo Depot. Please ask at the reception
How long is the reception open?
High season: 07:30 - 21:00
Low season: 07:30 - 11:00 and 13:30 - 19:00
Can I book breakfast in addition?
You are welcome to book breakfast buffet by phone on +41 81 920 30 20 or by email to email@example.com.
Can I book half-board as an additional option?
You are welcome to book a 3-course dinner menu by phone at +41 81 920 30 20 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I bring my pet?
Catrina Resort: The fee for a pet (e.g. dog, cat) is CHF 10.- per day.
Catrina Hotel: the first pet is free of charge, each additional pet is charged at CHF 10.- per day.
Catrina Lodge & Hostel: unfortunately no pets are allowed here.
Where can I see room prices? What does a room cost?
You can find our daily updated prices online under PRICES. We would also be pleased to inform you by telephone on +41 81 920 30 20 about our current room prices.
Is there WLAN in the rooms?
Free WLAN is available for our guests in all facilities.
When can breakfast be taken?
Our breakfast buffet is available daily.

Are special requests feasible? e.g. children's beds?

Which textiles are already available in the apartments?
We have thought of everything. You will find body and wellness towels as well as all textiles for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom in your apartment.
Who do I contact if I have forgotten or lost something?
Please contact the reception on +41 81 920 30 20 or send an e-mail to email@example.com. Our rooms are cleaned daily so that your missing item can be found quickly and will be sent to you against reimbursement of the postage costs in advance.
Are children allowed to use the wellness area?
Children are allowed to use the whirlpool and swimming pool area without restriction. Children over 14 years of age are allowed to enter the sauna and steam bath area.
Is there a fitness area?
Yes, a fitness area with various fitness equipment is available free of charge for apartment guests.
